Mortgage loan for out of state property?
Our credit union won't finance an out of state mortgage. Do I have to go to a specific type of bank for this request? Looking to purchase in WA. by reilly.p759 from Pomona, California. Dec 4th 2015

You can use any lender licensed to provide loans in the state the property is located. I usually suggest someone located near the property.
