How can that happen? Was that your current lender?
Part of the big stack of paperwork you signed when you originated your current loan gives your lender permission to view your credit at any time.. since they already have your original application, it's not hard for them to put together a proposal, but it's most likely "Subject to Verification", since they are using old data.. if the information was accurate, then someone would have had to given that info to them.. so it's possible your being scammed, so be cautious.. you might want to call Wells and ask them...
