Mortgage for a foreign citizen

Hi.I have a US real-estate property valued @ approx. $50K, which has no liabilities and gives approx. 11% yearly in rent.I would like to get a mortgage / loan in order to buy another property, similar to the one I have. The issue here is that I'm not a US citizen, I don't live or work in the US, and I don't have a visa.Is getting a mortgage even possible in that situation?Thank you. by dovi.lilling166 from , California. There are portfolio programs to foreign national citizens, however the terms are not the best.. large down payment, high fees, and higher than market interest rates, but there are lenders out there doing them.. the problem you will be faced with is the low loan amount.. the majority of these lenders don't do loans under $75K-$100K I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Acres 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com
