An interest rate will be based on your specific situation. Many factors go into pricing out an interest rate. I suggest you contact a local loan officer (you can find plenty of good ones here) and give them all of the information they need to properly quote you. Best wishes, Sean

As others have said, much more info is necessary to quote you accurately. Credit scores? higher scores get better pricing... Loan amount? Higher loan amounts get better pricing... Property type (SFH? Condo? MFH?)? each of these property types have different pricing... Loan to Value? Lower LTV's will get you better pricing... I could go on and on, but as you can see.. there's no way to properly quote you without knowing all the details.. For this reason I suggest you contact a LOCAL mortgage broker and apply with them. Once they see your complete loan profile, they will be better equipped to advise you properly. Also, by applying with your LOCAL Broker, you have an advantage because he's familiar with local customs and works with many lenders with each one offering a different type of lending program. This is unlike the local bank which typically only has a few lending programs. The more lenders, the more lending options, and the more likely your scenario will be accepted.. Plus, the broker is experienced in seeking out the best loan terms for your particular scenario, and he has lower overhead which typically results in lower rates and fees than most of the larger lenders.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Go Dawgs! I am a GA native and went to UGA in the early to mid 80s. Scott sounds like he can definitely help you. Streamline VA loans are very quick and easy and the rates are still very good on the government loans. Good luck to you.

Keep in mind that it isn't just the rate, the fees involved in your new loan also make a difference. For most people it is a balance between rate, fees and the amount of the new loan. pdumouchel@primelending.com

The answer would be to use ME, but we don't currently lend in Georgia, pick one of the fine brokers from our panel and if you have good scores etc...you should be in the low 3's..but hard to quote with little info...good luck
