what is your payoff ?? i have other ways to loan if needed.. Are you on a lot of land ? linda lindaonthego@outlook.com
Not enough detail to properly answer your question, but in general, there are lenders out there offering loan's on mobile homes, but for a mortgage, it has to be "Real Property", meaning the property has to be architecturally attached to a parcel of land and an affidavit filed with the county stating such. If the home is in a rental park, then you will need to find a lender offering non mortgage loans. it's highly unlikely if you owe something on the property now, that you will be able to do a 2nd position loan.. .. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. They are out there, but it depends on a bunch of info. Are you in a mobile home park or do you own the land? Credit, value of property, how much do you owe, income, assets etc. It is best to contact some local loan officers who can give you a specific answer after you share your information with them. Best wishes, Sean
