Looking for lenders who provide 100% financing for BRRRR
Are there lenders who provide 100% financing for BRRRR in Florida? I’m trying to get my first investment property in a few weeks. I have talked with hard money lenders who offer loans with 10% down. I'm not aware of anyone offering 100% financing for what you want. You are asking a lender to take all the risk, and you to possibly enjoy all the rewards. This isn't realistic. There are some non-QM and hard money lenders that will play in this market with higher rates and bigger down payments. Good luck... I lend in MN WI IA SD ND.
