Looking for government grants that could help us buy our first home
I want to buy my first house. The house I’m interested in is only $100k. My wife and I make about $55k a year right now. Are there any government programs or government grants that will help us buy our first home? Also, what kind of loans should I look at to make our monthly payments lower at once? There are plenty of assistance programs for those who qualify. Most are very local, or state programs, so reach out to a local mortgage broker in your area for assistance.
