Looking for commercial lenders

Hello, I am ready to acquire a commercial property in Tennessee using a long term buy and hold strategy. I am looking for recommendations for 2022 commercial lenders with the best deals for long term lending with a minimum of 20 year term. My plan is to lock a rate and a 30 year term.
