I am looking for someone in Worcester, MA that is experienced in USDA Rural Development Loans. by gaffey.g520 from Worcester, Massachusetts. Sep 10th 2015
I am not in Worcester, but I have worked with an attorney in Worcester and have helped close many loan VA, and USDA. Give me a call or send and email.
I am happy to help if you are still in need of a loan officer.
I do them and would be happy to help. Send an email and/or call any time 508-612-1835. I can follow up with eligibility maps for the areas you are interested in and can certainly follow up with a pre approval once I've got the details, etc.
The best advice I can give you is to contact a LOCAL mortgage broker and apply with them. Once they see your complete loan profile, they will be better equipped to advise you properly. Also, by applying with your LOCAL Broker, you have an advantage because he's familiar with local customs and works with many lenders with each one offering a different type of lending program. This is unlike the local bank which typically only has a few lending programs. The more lenders, the more lending options, and the more likely your scenario will be accepted.. Plus, the broker is experienced in seeking out the best loan terms for your particular scenario, and he has lower overhead which typically results in lower rates and fees than most of the larger lenders.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. You can find some great local loan officers right here on this website. Just click the Community tab on the top right, choose Find a Lender and go from there. Most loan officers do have the ability to do USDA loans. The goal is to find one who is knowledgeable doing USDA loans. Best wishes, Sean
