Looking for a lender in TX to do a fix/flip loan with 15% down.

The loans that most of us do on this site are all conforming loans, subject to an early payoff penalty if the loan is paid in full during the first 6 months or so. Someone may chime in that has an alternate source. Good Luck!

There are no "Conforming" loan products which allow you to do fix & flip loans.. so you should try searching for "Hard Money Investor Loans, TX " you should get a list of local HML's willing to lend, but i seriously doubt you will find one at 15% without giving up some of your potential profits..
