I have a client with a Freddie Mac mortgage looking to refinance through the Harp 2.0 program and I am having trouble finding a lender, any suggestions? << I typed my question and for some reason it did not post under the title.

We are banking them without LTV restrictions but do not broker unfortunately.

Working on a HARP refinance is a little more complicated than the usual refinance. Even though my company does have broker outlets I would rather not broker my loans for a variety of reasons. Turn around times for many lenders that you'll broker through are ridiculous and the communication between the broker and the lender is often times fraught with extra difficulties that a loan officer needs to press through. It's just not as easy as walking to the next office and personally talking to someone who has the same boss as you do. your best bet is to shop around for the best rates and find someone knowledgeable about the program. You can check my rates by clicking on my profile and going to my website. Call or email for a more accurate estimation of what you can expect to get.AZ license #0913551
