More info needed,, specifically, is the home architecturally attached to the lot.. meaning is it ground set on a permanent foundation, axles removed, and occupancy certificate issued by your county? If so, then you have "Real Property" and should qualify for any type of conforming financing.. As Joe said, anyone who lends on MFH's homes can help you.. but not all lenders have MFH financing options, so you might need to shop around..
