Actually, Larry is mostly right. Most lenders no longer are interested in them, but there are still 3 or 4 lenders left that will do FHA Manufactured home loans. I closed escrow last month on one here in Arizona. You will only find them through a Mortgage Broker, so contact a local one. You may need to try different brokers to find one that works with one of the remaining lenders. How much you will actually save will be the other problem. It may not be worth it. Premiums charged on this product mean you could still be looking at a 30 year rate in the high 5s or low 6s.
