They do exist.. but the rates will be higher.. Try contacting a local mortgage banker/broker.. and ask if they have a "no credit score" Streamline refi option.. They do exist.. Don't bother going to the big box banks on the corner.. they have very restrictive lending guidelines, and it's highly unlikely they will help..
