More info needed, specifically are you looking to purchase or refinance.. if your looking to purchase, then no.. there is no such loan product and hasn't been seen since the mortgage crisis of 2008.. And unless your current loan is a VA, FHA, or a Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae eligible HARP loan, you cannot do a 125% refinance loan.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Acres, Lender411's number ONE lender in Arizona. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347
