Looking for 10% down or less on jumbo

Hi Khera.f547, this isn't quite enough info for us to give you an accurate answer. What is the purchase price? What do your credit scores look like? Can we assume this is an owner-occupied, single family home?Any and all info would help!

More info needed, but in general, I have a rate closer to 4%... but without looking at your complete loan profile, it's impossible to advise you.. Purchase price? Single family home? Condo? 2,3,0r 4 Units? Owner occupied? 2nd home? Investment? etc, etc,etc.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets.
