Be cautious when searching for a commercial lender or broker. Otherwise you could see your fees get astronomical. I would go to your loan bank - Not big bank though. more of a regional bank that does Commercial loans. Scotsman Guide is a good source as someone has already stated. As a mortgage broker I refer to them for many resources.
