I travel for work, (in Ukraine 8-10 months of the year) and I have family handle my financial affairs. I am on another time zone so it becomes difficult to manage and keep up with financial affairs myself, being in another country. I received my annual copy of my tri-merge credit report and realized that my mortgage loan (I purchased in June 2018) has not been reporting to Equifax. Is this normal? by hamilton236 from Boise, Idaho. Dec 12th 2018
not too typical but depending on the lender/investor who purchased the loan it is possible that happened
Best to contact Equifax and let them know, they may not allow family make adjustments if they are not on the loan.
No, not typical at all, but it's possible. Lenders have to pay to have the loan show on the credit report.. some lenders might not report to all 3 as a way to save... That being said, it's also possible your lender is sending the wrong info.. try first calling your lender and ask if they report to all 3 bureaus.. if they say yes.. inform them you loan is not on Equifax.. if they say they are sending the info.. then you are going to have to call Equifax and find out why it's not being reported.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / LendUS, NMLS 1938/ AZMB0121893
