LO In FL is there any wholesaler writing construction loans???

If you are in the mortgage business as an origination, I'd suggest you check with a local bank to see who is aggressive in this area and maybe you can refer the business to them if you can't get on a broker list. The goal is to keep the client happy and referring business along and at times, there are deals we can't take part of other than providing great advice and referrals to those who may be best suited to help. Keeping that relationship and staying with the client throughout the process, even if you are not able to earn any fees would be key to having that relationship blossom. Good Luck!
