Lenders, HARP and LPMI

Having LPMI is NOT difficult to transfer... it's just a phone call for the lender/title company.. However your problem is the company.. RMIC. Their company has been suspended because their reserves fell below the minimum required for North Carolina.. So your mortgage qualifies, your home qualifies, but your MI is not qualified... (See Announcement SEL-2011-07). Help might be on the horizon though.. HARP 3.0 is another program that President Obama has talked about.. Nothing has been presented to congress, so there are no details yet, but it supposed to help all those who haven't qualified under all the other existing programs.. Stay tuned!! .
