LENDER M.I.A.?
I have been working with a lender over the last month and all of a sudden over the last 2 weeks they will not return calls, not sue whats going on. What shoudld i Do ? start over? by mikey29 from Mami, Florida. Dec 10th 2010

Hello Mikey. I wouldn't necessary start over, but I would have a detailed conversation with another lender about your scenario, as well as the goals you have laid out for your refinance. If a lender, loan officer, or any other service provider from any other industry goes dark for 2 weeks - there is something seriously wrong with both your transaction, and the company/individual.
