I'm 2 months behind and my payments are too big for me to handle with what Im going through in persnal life. What are my options for 2 months late, around 73% LTV and 728 credit? by c3arminalos7863398 from Bend, Oregon. Sep 4th 2014
Without hesitation, you need to borrow enough money to get your loan current, contact a real estate agent, and get it sold.. This way, you can preserve your credit so when your situation turns around, you can go purchase another home with out any issues.. If you delay any longer, and fall behind 90-120 days behind, then lenders can apply the same mandatory waiting periods as they do for people with a foreclosure (3 to 7 years), and your credit scores will suffer as well..
