Land/Metal Building purchase
Looking to purchase 2.25 acres of land and build a metal building on the land. Land purchase will be $23,500 and then total loan would be approximately $50,000. Will someone finance this for us? by happymac from Tuttle, Oklahoma. Apr 22nd 2013

OK, this is effectively a land-loan. Normally your local bank is where I would refer you but I have a feeling you've exhausted that option. Financing land is rather difficult, at least in my market (NM). Hopefully another lender411 member will be able to help you. Good luck!

Try a local credit union or very local bank. The larger lenders most likely won't be able to do this.
