My aunt passed recently and I inherited her trailer home, paid in full. The land that the home sits on is listed as "for private sale by Owner". The owner lives out of the country and has not been seen in months. I would like to put in an offer for this land so that I can avoid having to move the house. Is there a way to get information on the seller/put in a offer, if I can not locate them on my own? I have excellent credit, and have been pre-approved for a $458k land loan. It will expire soon and I desperately need to buy this land. Any information is helpful to me right about ow. by parrt23 from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Oct 2nd 2018
If you go to the county website where the lot is located in, you should be able to find the owner, and their mailing address.. once you have the owners name, you can mail them, or you can also search the internet and social media sights, and try reaching out to them that way. If you cannot find it on the county website, then you can contact a local title company and ask for their assistance.. (be sure to let them know you will be using them for the closing)... I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / LendUS, NMLS 1938/ AZMB0121893
