Yes, we don't even need 30 days on the job. In fact I can close you 60 days before you receive your first check with an employment contract

More than likely yes.. but we need more info.. how long of a job gap was there? Are you in the same line of work as your past employment? Are you getting paid the same? Commissions? Salary? Hourly? etc.. without knowing all the details, it's hard to advise you properly.. this is why I suggest you contact a LOCAL mortgage broker and apply with them. Once they see your complete loan profile, they will be better equipped to advise you properly. Also, by applying with your LOCAL Broker, you have an advantage because he's familiar with local customs and works with many lenders with each one offering a different type of lending program. This is unlike the local bank which typically only has a few lending programs. The more lenders, the more lending options, and the more likely your scenario will be accepted.. Plus, the broker is experienced in seeking out the best loan terms for your particular scenario, and he has lower overhead which typically results in lower rates and fees than most of the larger lenders.. Garrett,Do you have two years total on a similar job before and now you since you moved? Or have you just graduated college and this is your first job? You can buy a home as soon as you move to a new place. It is more about your job history. They look for similar type of job from one location to another to make a 2 year history. So if you had 6 months as a bus driver in Arizona, and a 1 1/2 here in Michigan you would qualify. They verify your employment and what you make a year.I have several good lenders that I work with.
