June 2009 cutoff date revision

Do you foresee the June 2009 cutoff date being changed? Chase did my refinance in October 2009 and didn't use the HARP guidelines, therefore I can't refinance utilitlizing the HARP 2 benefits. by cmo130_970_905 from Martinsville, Virginia. Apr 21st 2012 Reply

Sorry, HARP is a one time opportunity. The original HARP started basically June 1, 2009 - so I do not foreseen that cut off date ever changing. I've actually taken a number of calls from people who refinanced in late 2009 looking to refinance again today who are in the same positions. The good news? The rate you have from that time period, what not the bottom of the market rate we have today, is still historically awesome! www.HARP-Refinance-MN.com
