Yes we have Jumbo loans down to that score and lower!
More info needed, but it's possible.. but without knowing your complete loan profile, it's impossible to advise you.. $425K is a jumbo loan.. but so is a $2,000,000 loan. yet the down payment, reserves and credit score requirements are vastly different.. I would advise you to seek out a local mortgage BROKER and apply with them.. brokers deal with multiple lenders (*I have 21) with each one offering a different set of lending guidelines.. the more lenders, the more lending options, and the greater likelihood your loan scenario will be accepted. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Acres, Lender411's number ONE lender in Arizona. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347
I will need to know more information. First is the loan for a purchase or is it for a refinance. Are you a first time home buyer? And what is your work history like, have you been at the same job for awhile. It might be possible to do a loan with that score. There just are a lot of other factors that have to be addressed.
