I am assuming you mean an upper limit? No, there is no age limit. You can be 80-years old and still get a loan. The lower limit is of course the age of consent, 18-years old. The youngest person I've ever given a loan to was 21-years old. Reverse mortgages require you be at least 62-years old.

You must be 18 years of age or older to obtain a mortgage but lenders cannot discriminate against older applicants. If they did, they would be fined by the federal government. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
