Is there a time limit the new home buyer needs to stay in the house, say if his job moves them?

For most all conforming loan products, you need to live in your home for at least 1 year.. however, this is regards to your intent when you took out the loan.. If when you applied, your intent was to stay there for a year or more, but now something has changed, like your job transfer, then that's totally acceptable..
