Is there a time frame to hold a home financed with a USDA loan? I've owned my home less than 2 years but considering selling.

No, you should be fine with selling your home. Will you be needing another loan? I'd be happy to assist you. You can reach me at 713-569-0025. Thanks! Mary

If you sell inside of 1 year, it could be a problem if you sold it for considerably more than you bought it for, but otherwise, you should be fine.. lending guidelines require you live there for 1 year before moving.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. No prepayment penalty, if you're ready to move on there is no issue.
