Is there a minimum amount? (example: $1,000 seller's concession)

There is no minimum seller concession - there is a maximum depending on the mortgage program and down payment. Any questions - do not hesitate to contact me!

The seller is not obligated to contribute to buyers costs.. and there's no minimum they must contribute. However, all conforming loan programs have maximum allowable contributions and the amount varies depending on the loan program you go with, whether or not its owner occupied or investment, and how much you're putting down. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
