Although the HARP program is still in effect till the end of this year.. very few lenders will do it on a MFH and yes.. you must own the land.. In order to qualify for a HARP your loan must have been originated prior to June 2009, and must be owned by Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae.. Freddie and Fannie only buy loans against "Real" property.. in order for a MFH home to classify as real property, the home must be architecturally attached to the land and an affidavit of affixture filed with the county.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / LendUS, NMLS 1938/ AZMB0121893
