is MHA a refi program??

MHA is an acronym for Making Home Affordable.. it's a government sponsored loan modification program.. but understand that this program has been very unsuccessful.. it takes months to over a year for some folks.. lots of red tape, frustrations, and aggravation,, and in the end, most don't get the relief they hoped for..
