Is it possible to refinance 2 mortgages at the same time?
I have a first and second mortgage. I am in desperate need to get both of them a lower interest rate. Can I refinance them both at the same time? why might this not be a good idea? by barbara2939 from Jacksonville, Florida. Jul 14th 2010

Hello Barbara, Yes you can refinance both mortgages and the rates are at all time low at this time. Depending on your Loan To Value speaking of what your property appraises for you could leave one of the mortgages and refinance the highest one if you choose.
