Is it possible to qualify for a mortgage to finish my home? I have no mortgage and poor credit....613 maybe?

Yes, there are a couple of ways to go about it - we would need to consider the "rest of the story" to find the best approach. This is a tough one and would require much more information. Your best bet is to find a local lender that does construction loans. A lender that keeps loans in-house is your best bet - in other words, they don't sell them.

Maybe... Talk to a local mortgage broker for more information. Credit is so important... a 613 score is considered low, and is going to cause you difficulties. Before spending too much time looking for loans, I would suggest working on the credit report. Most credit reports are repairable to a certain extent in a short period of time. Getting that score over 640 is going to open a world of opportunity, and over 680 even more.
