Yes, but only for about another month, that program is being ended. You'd need to be under contract soon and apply promptly for the mortgage. I've found that depending on the qualifications of my customer usually there is often a renovation loan option (conventional or FHA) that makes more sense than HomePath but each situation has to be reviewed to determine the best type loan (conventional or FHA - and there ARE other conventional renovation loan options including the opportunity to eliminate PMI payments) to fit your qualifications.
