Is Cash Out Refinance a Good Deal?
I have lived in a fully paid home for the past 5 years and I’m seriously considering getting a mortgage on the home. A lender offered a cash-out refinance loan, is this the best deal out there in my situation? by ryanshaw892 from Cheshire, Connecticut. Oct 14th 2021

Not enough info. Do you need cash? If so, what is the purpose? Payoff higher interest consumer debt? Remodel or upgrades for the home? If there is not a need you have your answer.
