I have been contact by an investor who says he can redeem the house and sell it back to me for more money and a higher interest rate...Do you think this is a legitimate offer, or a scam? by melody_06606 from Johnson City, Texas. Dec 9th 2015
It's impossible for anyone here to advise you without knowing all the details.. the best advise I can give you would be to have them put their offer in writing and then pay an attorney to look it over. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Watch your back, I have seen this before and it didn't turn out well for the client. Read the contract and get your attorney involved.
