If you are purchasing it, and that is the type of loan the current owner has it will not help you. If you already own it, you'll need to find a lender that will finance manufactured homes, possibly under the HARP program. If it is a refinance, your current servicer (where you make your payments) may be able to help. Otherwise, possibly Wells Fargo or someone else who offers on this site.

FHA is the only source for manufactured homes on land. Previous mortgage indicates it may be eligible for FHA.
