Very difficult loan product to find.. Lenders hate MFH's, and on top of it, doing a 203K for an addition means you end up with either 2 MFH's with different build dates, which is bad, or you have a mixed property with a MFH and stick built addition.. In both cases, this makes finding comparable properties for valuation purpose very difficult.. You can continue your search, but i'm pretty sure it's going to be a hard task..
