More info needed, specifically if a home was included in your BK,, and whether or not it was current or in default when you filed.. This all being said, it's highly unlikely you will find a lender willing to lend to you on a construction loan, since these types of loans represent a great risk for a lender.. A lot can change from now to 1 year from now when the home is complete.. having major derogatory events associated with your past makes this loan even more risky... This all being said, if the value of the lot is high enough, then it's possible you might find someone.. but don't get your hopes up.. this is a tough loan to find even if you have great credit..
