If your 62 or older, then I would suggest you look into a reverse mortgage.. there is no credit score requirements for a reverse mortgage, and you can pull out as much as 65% of your homes value.. start by contacting a local reverse mortgage specialist and apply with them.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. If your credit is holding you back, you may need to find a co-borrower or someone close to you to help as they may need to be added to the deed and help with a loan, such as a taking out a small home equity to help you get your bills paid off and your credit improved so you can then refinance the loan out of their name. As William noted, if you are over 62 years of age, you could consider a Reverse Mortgage. Visit the following HUD Link to find Approved Reverse Mortgage Lenders to start your research if you do meet the age requirement.
