Hey Ralph.. I talked to our rep for New Penn, and they would do this loan under their "Portfolio" program, (Not portfolio investor).. a 10/1 ARM at 4.875% pays 1.128% after all adjustments for a 30 day lock.. They allow up to 20 financed properties.. You might also consider a conventional first of $417K, a 2nd at $183K as well.. I also have another lender I reached out to, but I have not heard back.. I'll let you know if anything comes up.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona.
