Great question! Scheduling a closing date and time is part of the loan process to make sure the attorney has availability on the date/time requested. You are never "Clear-To-Close" until your loan officer physically share the good new that..."YOU ARE CLEAR-TO-CLOSE."Good luck on your transaction!!!
Not necessarily.. a good loan officer will coordinate with all the people associated with the closing and set a date in advance to be sure everyone can accommodate that schedule. Until the underwriter comes back with a "Clear to Close"... then your not clear just yet.. I'm a preferred Lender with Arizona and California being my primary markets.
