For financing or refinancing a home the investor / underwriters will need your financial paperwork. You will need to provide the base information... ID'S, SS cards, Pay check stubs, W-2's, Bank Statements, Tax Returns, Mortgage Statements, also the underwriter may ask for additional information. Your lender should tell you everything you need.. but typically you need to provide proof of income (pay stubs, W2's/1099's, K1's, 2 years tax returns), proof of assets (bank and retirement savings statements), copies of your ID's and current mortgage statements for any properties you own.. this is the "short list", but once you apply, the your loan officer will give you a list that is specific to you and your scenario. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
