Your score of 539 is very low. Although there are some lenders that can go that low (very few)... Maybe focus on why your score is so low and potentially improve it?

Unfortunately, with a score that low, you will not be able to obtain a mortgage loan. Contact a credit repair agency, and after they've done everything they can to help you, hopefully your score will be good enough then to get a mortgage loan.

We can see what we can do to get you approved for a loan. I have one lender that will work with a credit score like yours, but there are specific guidelines that must be met in order to obtain the mortgage. Give me a call today

Although there are lenders out there that will allow scores that low, understand that the lower the score, the more strict the guidelines and few that apply actually get approved.. the real question is "WHY?"... Why is your score so low? Short sale? Foreclosure? BK? judgments? Unpaid Tax Liens? Unpaid Student Loans? Even if your score were 750 and you had one of these deficiencies, you still might get denied.. You should really focus n getting your credit fixed up, and there are companies out there to help you with that.. the small investment you make upfront to fix your credit will payoff vastly in the end...
