I don't lend in FL but can approve people with your scores in NM where I am licensed. Other lenders that are local to you will post here soon and can hopefully help you. I will say that gaining an approval for scores <580 is not easy so I would recommend having one of these local lenders refer you to a reputable credit repair firm that they are familiar with. The can talk with you about other factors that will be required for approval. I wish you good success!

I agree with Charlie, it will not be easy getting approved with your scores. I would be happy to take a look at your credit report and see what you can do to improve your credit.Sharon7th Level Mortgagesduffy@7thlvl.com

Unfortunately, your credit scores are significantly below the minimum required to get approved for a home loan. While you hear some chatter about "possibilities" with lower scores, the reality is almost all lenders will require 640 or higher. I suggest you stop thinking about a home for now, and work hard on improving your credit. The services of a credit repair company may be wise with the low scores you have today. Good Luck!

You can get a copy of your report for free at annual credit report. Once you do that make steps on clearing up any errors, pay off any open collections, and dispute items older than 7 years. Also opt out of any unsolicited pre screening of credit offers. Good luck
