Hey Marvin.. You're not supplying enough information... As Bert said, FHA loans are for Owner Occupied only.. the same applies for VA loans.. without knowing your complete scenario, it's hard to advise you properly... I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com
This may be difficult. FHA requires the home be owner occupied and if you are working overseas, even if you were to commute weekly to and from NC, it is doubtful any underwriter would consider this your primary residence. Is there any additional info you can share? ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z team of NOVA Home Loans ~ NMLS 40586 ~ www.LoansA2z.com 888-889-9950
