i want to refi a condo i'm renting out to get cash out, what can i do?

Cash out refi on investment condo is near impossible to do.. I'm not saying it's impossible, but close.. your only bet is to check with a local mortgage broker and let him check his network of lenders.. Here in AZ I have relationships with 21 different lenders, and none of them will do a cash out on investment condo.. Good luck. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona.
