I want to purchase a home with a 570 credit score. Is it possible?

We live in the Dallas area. We want to purchase a home that is approx $65,000 we can put $15,000 thousand down or so. We are currently paying 1200 a month for a house payment so we would drastically reduce our monthly payment. Would anyone know where we could go for a mortgage? by tcaldw4849821 from , California. It can be done, but most lenders will prefer your mid FICO score is at least 580. If the home you wish to purchase is in TX, our Grapevine office can assist you further at 817-527-3200.

If there is a will there is a way. That being said, mortgage banks and mortgage companies have credit overlays that require a higher credit score. Some mortgage brokers offer lower credit scores loans. I great way to boost your credit scores is to get a copy of your credit report and pay off any collects and other negative debts.
